Telecommunications: We reserve the right to communicate with customers via phone, text message, or email for updates, promotions, or important notices. By using our services, you agree to receive such communications, and you can manage your contact preferences in your account settings.

Your Account: If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that MSF Data is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. MSF Data and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion

For any evaluation programs that a user is provided through this Site, under no circumstances may the user change the password to the account. Any change of the password constitutes a breach of these Terms, and MSF will consider and treat such user’s evaluation as having failed.

Minors: MSF does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, you are prohibited from the use of services and interactions with MSF. If a minor circumvents the controls MSF has implemented to restrict the use of our services, any resulting actions or consequences are solely the responsibility of the minor. By accessing our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any actions or consequences resulting from your failure to comply with our age restrictions.

MSF materials and Site content are not for resale, and by accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you will not resell, redistribute, or otherwise use or attempt to use the Site or its contents in any manner or for any purpose except as permitted or authorized by MSF. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any content, and without limiting the foregoing, in particular, you will not delete, alter, or otherwise modify or attempt to modify any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. Legal and Market Compliance MSF takes compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements seriously and asks our customers to do the same. Further, MSF also respects the functioning of actual sports markets. As such, any picking practices that interfere with the functioning of actual picking markets are prohibited on our platform. Such practices that do not comply with the functioning of real picking exchanges include, but are not limited to:

– Use of platform or data freezing

– Picking at a time of significant volatility

– Use of hedging between MSF accounts and/or third-party accounts.

Violation of any of these Terms or applicable laws, regulations, or requirements in any way may lead to immediate termination of all accounts associated with our services, and no refund or payment of any kind will be given. In addition, you may be held civilly and/or criminally liable if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, regulations, or requirements. Understanding the importance of having a secure, reliable trading platform, you explicitly instruct MSF to share your data with other proprietary trading firms or third parties for the purposes of detecting fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal behavior or any violations of our Terms or this Agreement.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. MSF reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with MSF in asserting any available defenses.

International Users: The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by MSF from our offices within the United Kingdom. If you access the Service from a location outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the MSF content accessed through fanfunded.io in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Because some states/jurisdictions do not allowthe exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, or with any of these Terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Termination/Access Restriction: MSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of united kingdom and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mildenhallin all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MSF as a result of this Agreement or use of the Site. MSF’s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of MSF’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by MSF with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and MSF with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and MSF with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this Agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

Changes to Terms:

MSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which mysportsfunding.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. MSF encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
